Prison Education

As an undergraduate I taught college-in-prison courses on Writing, and Neurobiology, with the Cornell Prison Education Program (CPEP), http://cpep.cornell.edu.

In Washington, D.C., I am continuing this work by teaching a college-level course on Bioethics with the Jessup Correctional Institute Prison Scholars Program (JCIPSP), http://www.prisonscholarsprogram.com

College education in prisons is challenging but rewarding for both students and teachers. I urge you to check out the amazing work these two programs are doing by clicking on the links above, and if you have any questions or are interested in getting involved, please be in touch!
